How I Wear My JORD Wood Watches + $100 Giveaway

As a traveler I’m constantly on the go seeking adventure. And I’ll admit it, I typically don’t wear watches and tell time using my phone. So when JORD Wood Watches approached me to collaborate I was hesitant at first. After researching the company and product, JORD’s mission resonated with me:

“We make watches for people who don’t just have somewhere to be, they have somewhere to go… The value of a watch is not in being able to tell how much time has passed, but in being aware of the need to make that time count.”

This is the essence of why I travel. I recognize that our time in this life is finite and it’s a personal choice on how we spend it. Travel is how I choose to make my time count.

So let’s get to the wood watches! Over the past few weeks I’ve tested out JORD’s Conway Series. I love that all of their wood watches are actually made out of natural wood! Shocking, right?!

While wearing the Conway Series watch I don’t feel like it’s some sort of piece of excessive jewelry, especially during travel. The dark sandalwood material gives off a rustic, masculine vibe that reflects my active, outdoor lifestyle of hiking, camping and exploring. The watch’s burgundy face also provides a pop of color and elegance that gives me the ability to wear it in both casual and classy settings.

Want your own wood watches? Enter to win a $100 gift code to use on the JORD site! One lucky person will win, but everyone gets a $25 gift code on April 30, 2017.
